Nikhil is a seasoned data management and governance professional with over 17 years of extensive experience in establishing and operationalizing data governance frameworks, metadata management, and tool implementations. He specializes in driving organizational adoption of governance platforms, such as Collibra, and has successfully led the design and implementation of data governance solutions across industries including transportation, finance, energy, and consumer credit.
Nikhil’s expertise spans data quality management, metadata modeling, master data management, and privacy frameworks. He has a proven track record in enabling business units to embrace governance practices through customized solutions, training, and technical enablement. He is certified as a Collibra Ranger, DAMA CDMP Associate, and Alation Data Steward, with hands-on experience in leveraging tools like Ataccama and Precisely to enhance organizational data capabilities.
Manish Yadav, Director – Data
Manish Yadav is an experienced IT professional with over 15 years of expertise in data management, integration, and analytics. As an AWS Certified Solution Architect and Tableau Specialist, Manish excels in designing and implementing data solutions across industries such as energy, insurance, banking, and logistics. He has extensive experience with cloud platforms like AWS, data lakes, ETL tools, big data integration, and data visualization. Currently serving as a Lead Data Engineer at BP Melbourne, Manish specializes in managing end-to-end data pipelines, cloud migrations, and business intelligence solutions while leading agile teams to deliver impactful projects.
